Biography
Brian S. Klaas, Professor of Management and Chair of the Management Department at the Moore School of Business, University of South Carolina. He also serves as the Director of the Riegel & Emory Human Resource Center at USC. He received his Ph.D. from the Industrial Relations Research Institute at University of Wisconsin-Madison. Professor Klaas teaches, conducts research, and consults in such areas as compensation, workplace dispute resolution, employee relations, and HR outsourcing. He has published in such journals as Personnel Psychology, Industrial Relations, Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Industrial and Labor Relations Review, Journal of Management, Journal of Labor Research, Journal of Applied Psychology, and Human Resource Management. His research has been funded by grants from the Upjohn Institute for Employment Research, the Riegel & Emory HR Center, and the Society of Human Resource Management. Education
